A fantastic day campaigning today in Headingley and Weetwood! As those of you who follow him on Twitter will know, John Prescott rolled out his battle bus once again to come and speak to voters in Headingley.
Glasgow North East, Royal Park School and a little light humour

First up, well done to Willie Bain and the fantastic work of all the Labour volunteers in the Glasgow North East by-election. The emphatic nature of the victory, which saw the Tories in a distant third and the Lib Dems sixth, continues to show that the next general election is still to play for.
